Terrain at Castle Rock is named 2013 ‘Community of the Year’ for Denver area

Denver’s highest award honoring a new home community and its builders has been presented to Terrain, the 1,185-acre master-planned neighborhood wrapped by scenic open space and the Colorado Front Range Trail in Castle Rock.

The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver and its Sales & Marketing Council awarded the coveted ‘Community of the Year’ designation for 2013 to Terrain and its developer, Starwood Land Ventures, at its annual MAME Awards dinner last month. The award followed 19 individual finalist awards in new home design and other relevant fields, that judges had given Terrain and its builders for their models and offerings in the community. more »
