When builders and architects arrived at trail-wrapped Solterra last week for their private preview of the Parade of Homes, they were universally wowed by six new furnished models Cardel Homes is showing in the master-planned community – more models in one place than in practically any part of the Parade.

Cardel’s Sara Dieringer and Regional President Rod Mickelberry show their six models at Solterra, near 110 sites opening next month.

But the people who are even more impressed are the couples coming out of trendy city neighborhoods like Highlands and Wash Park – who’ve never seen this kind of space, this much area for kids to play, for this little money.
